At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the items are in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
